Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancelling or rescheduling

• Free of charge up to 4 hours before your appointment
• Within 4 hours, a 25% late-cancellation fee may apply
• If nobody is available at the address on arrival, the full amount may be charged

If we need to reschedule

Occasionally traffic, weather or beautician illness forces a change. We will contact you as early as possible and offer the next available slot or a full refund.

Refunds

• Card refunds are returned to the original card within 5–10 working days
• Service concerns raised within 24 hours are reviewed and, where appropriate, corrected or refunded

Product returns

Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned unless faulty.
